Editorial Policy
编辑规范与披露原则
We publish three kinds of pages: interview preparation guides compiled from publicly shared material, editorial synthesis guides, and research-desk analysis. We do not label content as a first-hand experience unless it comes from a real, consenting contributor. Each page should disclose which bucket it belongs to, who reviewed it, when it was last checked, and what unique value it adds beyond restating common search results.
AI Assistance
AI may be used to organise notes, cluster repeated questions, and support bilingual copy. It is not treated as a substitute for source checking, judgment, or final wording review. Articles should say this explicitly.
Quarantine and Noindex Review
Pages that rely too heavily on historical rewrites, thin synthesis, or unclear sourcing can remain online for existing readers while being excluded from search. They return to index only after the editorial team adds fresher sourcing, clearer authorship, and stronger original contribution.
Corrections
If you spot a sourcing error or a misleading claim, use the public workflow on the Contact page. Please include the page URL and the exact sentence in question.
